Landmark London

The Landmark London was opened in 1899 and offers guests a choice of 300 rooms of which 51 are suites. It boasts some of largest rooms in London and has multiple food and beverage outlets that include the spectacular Winter Garden. The hotel provides comprehensive meetings, special events and weddings choices, as well as a spa, health club and fitness center. It is located in Marylebone, one of central London’s most exclusive districts.

The Landmark London has been working with Internet Affected since 2014 using their SEO, pay-per-click and social media marketing services. While delivering these services they have also provided us with technical expertise to support our in-house marketing teams. This has included helping them to set up and run social media marketing campaigns, advise on GDPR requirements, launch a new website, a rebranding exercise, and optimise our loyalty club mechanisms. They are approachable and work well with our internal departments, such as Revenue Management for the saleability of our online offer, and with external Suppliers to help enhance and improve our visibility online.
