ADDITIONAL SERVICE INFORMATION

In order to conduct an efficient and frictionless analysis of your website we will require Administrator access to the following online search tools. We are happy to sign NDA agreements regarding the confidentiality of the access you grant us.

• Google Analytics
  We will build the Dashboard using Google Analytics and so it is necessary for you to grant us Administrator access to your hotel’s Google Analytics account.
  

PAYMENT TERMS & WORKFLOW

• We will provide our email address following your enquiry using our pre-sales form on this page, so that you can enable the relevant access in Google Analytics.

• We will confirm by email that we can access the Google Analytics account and arrange a call where we can discuss and finalize the data points you wish to include in your Custom Dashboard.

• Once we have confirmed the data in your Custom Dashboard we will request your company information and, if not paying online, raise an invoice for the service.

• Payments can be made electronically via our website, or in Euro’s via international bank-transfer.

• Once payment has been received, we will start working on your Google Analytics dashboard.

• The Dashboard will be ready in 5-7 days.

• We will provide a link to the dashboard and instructions how to you can install this into your hotel’s Google Analytics account when it is ready.
